When you are writing your desires think about why you really want to achieve them. Losing weight because it’s good for your health is never going to cut it. Dig deep and be honest with yourself here and you will finally arrive at the real reason. “I want to me more attractive to men/women”. Now we have a strong “why”.
Make the Solution your Focus and not the Problem
Use your brain power to focus on finding solutions rather than the problem itself. This may sound obvious but most people will do the opposite. There are a lot of pessimists in this world and when they are faced with a problem they will rationalize it as difficult.
