You need to experience really strong feelings for a desire to be worthy. Focus on each desire and imagine that you already have it. If you feel really strong emotions here then this is a desire that you truly want. If you feel weak emotions then discard this desire as it is just something nice to have that you don’t truly want.
When you have gone through your list you should have a few desires left. If you only have one, that is fine. If you don’t have any then you need to create some different desires. For the desires that remain create a strong “why” around them.
Ask yourself the question “why do I really want this desire?” Note the response that you get and turn this into a “why” statement. You need to pick your game up and eradicate any negative feelings that you have about yourself and your chances of succeeding in life. This means that you need to develop a very positive mindset. The power of positive thinking should never be underestimated.
Everything that you have or lack in your life today is due to your thoughts. If you don’t have the home that your desire, the money, the car, the perfect partner or whatever else, it is because you do not believe that you can achieve these things. Positive Thinking Affirmations
Although visualization is all about images, you can use words to develop a more positive mindset. You can use money affirmations, weight loss affirmations, relationship affirmations and so on. Close your eyes and see yourself on the beach. Feel the wind on your body and the saltiness in the breeze. Hear the gentle swish of the palm trees as the wind connects with them. Now Interact
You are still on the beach and you will now see yourself stepping into the water and feeling the sea sloshing around on your legs. Imagine what else you would be doing on this beach. Climbing into a hammock and gently swaying. Leave your footprints in the sand as you run and walk. Seeing yourself interact in scenes like this is the ultimate in visualization techniques.
